Our Plant

CasTech's plant has 11,000 square feet of production area, most of which is devoted to the manufacture and assembly of metal patterns and tooling equipment.  However, CasTech also maintains wood and plastic manufacturing capabilities for model, prototype and short run production equipment.  The plant operates two full shifts with an average of 30 employees, including engineering support.  Our manufacturing and design facilities include some of the most advanced computer numerical controlled machining and CAD/CAM Systems available.

Skilled Craftsmen utilize state-of-the-art facilities and draw on years of on-the-job experience.  CasTech craftsmen work with the newest available technologies in manufacturing.  CNC machining capabilities help meet project requirments and production deadlines.  CasTech's quality control center makes accuracy checks on every piece of tooling throughout the manufacturing sequence.

An experienced engineering team develops tooling and pattern layouts.  CasTech tooling engineers rely on advanced CAD/CAM systems linked to computer numerical controlled machining to meet demanding tool requirements.  More than 11,000 square feet are used to machine and assemble metal patterns and tooling. CasTech also provides wood and plastic manufacturing for model, prototype and short run production.
